Our Products

Juicy, medium-rare steak being sliced on a wooden cutting board, showcasing its tender pink interior and seared crust, with a carving knife and fork positioned for serving.

Beef

Helping a neighbor feed his cattle led to our new adventure with beef! We were amazed at how well Herefords turn grass and grain into delicious steaks! All of the feeder steers are started on grass and finished with a grain recipe developed with Penn State University to promote optimal marbling.

Juicy pulled pork on a wooden cutting board, showcasing tender, shredded meat with a crispy, caramelized exterior. A fork rests beside the meat, emphasizing its delicious texture and flavor.

Pork

Our girls showed many breeds of pigs all over the country, but our favorite remains the red ones. Our Durocs and Duroc crosses are easy to feed and naturally produce just enough marbling for exemplary flavor. The pigs are pasture-raised on a wooded hillside with free-choice McNaughton Local Hog feed. We do spoil them with treats from our garden and orchard!

Crispy chicken wings served on a green plate alongside a fresh salad featuring sliced radishes, mixed greens, and colorful bell peppers. A fork rests on the plate, highlighting the delicious meal.

Chicken

We began raising a handful of meat chickens for our own freezer, but after our friends shared some, the rest is history. Our birds exclusively eat from self-feeders filled with Kalmbach Meat Bird (non-medicated) feed from start to finish and live in an open grassy pasture.

Roasted lamb leg garnished with fresh thyme on a black slate serving board, accompanied by a silver carving fork and sprigs of thyme on a textured dark background.

Lamb

My husband grew up with an English mom who made lamb for holidays, so he was thrilled when our neighbors encouraged us to raise a few sheep to eat a steep hillside. The next two decades had us driving all over the country with two strings of show sheep with our girls! These days we are scaled back to feeding a handful of our favorite breeds for the freezer. Just like the beef, they are grass-fed and grain-finished, without antibiotics or hormones.

A variety of eggs in different colors and sizes arranged neatly on a kitchen towel, showcasing shades of brown, white, and cream.

Eggs

NOTHING beats the thick, dark orange yolks of eggs from free-ranging, happy, healthy hens! Our girls have run off the farm from morning to evening, and they busy themselves exploring pastures and barns in search of grains, grasses, and other treats. We collect, wash, and refrigerate our eggs on the same day they were laid.
